At this stage, competitive wushu styles are taught. Students are taught to be independent and to strengthen their willpower.
At this stage, the School aims to increase the competitive level of our students, so as to enable our students to achieve good standings in competitions.
In today’s society , competition is stiff and people sought to achieve balance between physical and mental. This can be achieved through physical exercise and internal qi training. Chinese Qigong and Tai Chi are very effective ways to relieve fatigue and balance the mental conditions.
In this class, students would have achieved certain standards. The School will, according to the students’ conditions, designed appropriate training program for the students. The aim is for the student to achieve their unique style.
Students are trained to achieve top 4 finishing in national competitions and progress to represent Singapore in international level.
